Troy has been in the pool service and repair industry since 1983, and began his own company in 1984. He has in-depth knowledge in the art of pool cleaning, professional quality repair, and a 'hands-on' understanding of pool remodeling & construction. Troy has enjoyed a very busy and full career of solving pool problems in a plain common sense philosophy. Common sense to Troy includes understanding the safety of swimming pool components and systems, as well as the aesthetic product strived toward. Many laws are considered during most aspects of the job... Legal ordinances for your pool, laws of physics, electricity, gravity, etc! Troy loves what he does, whether it's arriving at a job in the repair van, working with colleagues to perform work with high standards, or planning a pool renovation or construction job. Technical skill and knowledge of parts is simply second nature now. When you have him on any of those jobs, you have a very consciencious person working for you. Troy appreciates every customer that comes through our system here at Swim Tech. He returns the favor of a customer doing business with us by providing the best possible products and services that can be made.

Janice is an owner of Swim Tech. With a 'common sense' attitude about pool care and products, she can see customers through bad times and good times with their swimming pool. Being in the pool business since 1990 allows Janice to show off her talent in solving virtually any problem with pool chemistry and repair. Using a 'can-do' approach, she repairs automatic pool cleaners with the best in the industry, and offers a welcoming smile and laugh with all who enter her store. Come on in for a positive picker-upper in your day.

Bob began his swimming pool career in 1972. He has seen a lot of changes in the industry over those decades. From designing to selling pools, and from cleaning to repairing, Bob has been involved in just about every aspect of swimming pools. At Swim Tech, we tap into his skill and knowledge in our retail environment. You'll encounter his friendly face at our retail counter, and at our in-store repair center. Bob brings his repair skill to that center, bringing Polaris pool cleaners back to 'factory-fresh' repair. Pumps and motors that are brought into our store are also repaired with his expertise. Come on by, and take advantage of that level of dedication and skill.

Kim brings a background of construction knowledge to Swim Tech, and has found a place in our retail store where she can interact with customers. She has known her way around swimming pools since 2000. Kim and her husband even have their own pool at their home. Swim Tech knew Kim as a customer for several years, then finally convinced her to be part of our team in 2008. Her face will show you one of the first smiles you will see when you walk into our store!

Paul leads the weekly maintenance department at Swim Tech. Having a demanding sense of detail in all he does, you can count on Paul to guarantee quality service to your pool as a standard feature. Customers and the Swim Tech family have enjoyed having him as one of their friends since he joined Swim Tech in 2008. Paul draws upon his experience in the pool industry, as well as his mechanical / electrical / chemical skills from his past, to deliver an insightful service to his customers.

Preston brings young enthusiastic energy to the weekly pool maintenance department of Swim Tech. Young; yes. Experienced; YES again! He is the son of the owners, and actually has many years of practical experience. With thoughtful concern toward customers property and belongings, we find him to be an excellent asset to our company. You'll enjoy quality service with Preston on the job.

Anita is, for the most part, behind the scene at Swim Tech. With her SMU accounting degree, she runs the office business very efficiently. Even though she doesn't always show herself at the front counter, Anita still has a couple of decades of swimming pool experience as a weekly pool cleaning technician, chemist, and repair-person. When she is processing the paper-work, rest assured that she understands your pool also.
